I am not a big fan of off-the-shelf solutions when it comes to facilitating your strategic sessions. Sure, I have some favorite frameworks and methods, but I never offer any of them before thoroughly understanding your specific context and needs.

I am not here to convince you to use facilitation no matter what

Facilitation is not a one-size-fits-all solution. One of my first tasks is to make sure that you really do need facilitation to tackle your current challenge. If not - I will be transparent with you about my observations.
